Intellectual Property: The APIs and all associated documentation are the intellectual property of Wärtsilä Corporation. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any part of the APIs is prohibited.
Data Privacy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any data collected through the APIs will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR.
Liability: Wärtsilä Corporation isn't liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the APIs. Use the APIs at your own risk.
Compliance: You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your relevant jurisdiction. This includes, but isn't restricted to, compliance with laws and regulations on competition, corporate governance, taxation, financial disclosure, employee rights, environmental protection and occupational health and safety and export control.
Governing law and Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relation to the APIs will be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce. The seat of arbitration will be Helsinki and the language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English unless the Parties agree otherwise.
